Keyboard shortcuts

Press ? on a project board for this list in the app.

Shortcuts are inert while you are typing: with the focus in a text box, a select or anything editable, the keys below type rather than fire.

They are also inert while a dialog is open: the dialog owns the keyboard until Esc closes it, and only ? still toggles the shortcut help.

The PM chat is the one panel that is not a dialog — you are meant to keep working the board while it is open — so it takes the keyboard only for itself. Keys pressed inside the chat, or on the button that opens it, belong to the chat; Esc there closes the chat and hands the focus back to that button, leaving anything you had selected on the board alone. Keys pressed anywhere else still drive the board, chat open or not.

These are the board’s own, so they do nothing on My tasks, on the dashboard or on a settings page.

Composing an agent is a drag, and it does not need a mouse.

Tab	Move between palette blocks and the steps already placed
Space or Enter	Pick up the focused block, and drop it again
Arrow keys	Move what you are holding — into a bucket, or up and down inside one
Esc	Cancel and put it back where it was
